I was 34 years old, and I could gain or lose 25 pounds in a month and think nothing of it.  I felt  a bit overweight, out of shape, unmotivated, and depressed.  I was in a funk.... my sisters, my mother and my stepfather were happy, fit, and loving life so I decided to give the program the Isagenix program a try.

I was a total gym rat, going at least 5 or 6 days a week. Identical twins, Identical problem!  Over the years, we have shared many things...
We both had five daughters and one son, and for the last 5 years, we both had undesirable, stubborn fat. We went to the gym 4 times a week, we hired personal trainers, we walked instead of drove on the golf course and still the dreaded pooches remained.  We felt old and frumpy. I loved my baby and hated my body!

I am a mother of three children, (ages 6, 4, and 2) I did my first Cleanse about a year and a half ago when my middle child was 3.  (my youngest child is adopted from Guatemala)   I had never really had a weight problem per se.  If I ever felt a little heavy I would do a liquid diet, or a chicken wing diet (seriously, all you  could have every day was chicken wings, but who wants those for breakfast and after a few for lunch and more for dinner, you just don’t want anymore….) and the excess weight would come off.  But after I hit 40, it became much more difficult to shed the extra pounds.  I even tried the gym!!!!  So after a while, I gave up and told myself that this was as good as it was going to get, and it wasn’t that bad!  Then I did the Isagenix Cleanse and I lost all of the weight that I wanted and then another 7 lbs!  I love this program!  That was 1 ½ years ago and I am maintaining just fine.  My self esteem has improved greatly.  I feel like I look great, and that is Oh so important!

60 Pounds, GONE! Na na na na, na na na na, 60 lbs, GOODBYE!

I didn't realize how large I had become until I saw pictures of myself on vacation.  I was shocked!

That couldn't be me!!!  At the same time, I was having health problems (severe back pain, high blood pressure and the like) and I knew I needed to take massive action. I lost 25 pounds on my own in 5 months and became discouraged when I hit a plateau. Then my neighbor, suggested this program and I lost 35 additional pounds in 2 months!!  I was ecstatic.  Everyone tells me that I look 10 years younger, but I actually FEEL 10 years younger!!!!

I am the Queen of Diets.  I've tried them all.  Yes, I lost the weight and gained it back because no one took the time to coach me personally. (That's right, it's their fault!!!!)  I'd sign up online or join a diet club and not tell anyone.  I figured if I didn't lose any weight, no one would know.  I'd follow the diet and then lose interest because I didn't have anyone to talk to.  THEN one day I met this family (independent Isagenix representatives) and my life changed.  They were incredible and always there for me.  No matter what, I could always pick up the phone and have personal support.  That's what sold me.  I've lost 50 lbs, but I am still a work in progress.  I loved the program so much that I became a consultant to help coach people.  I'm passionate about my coaching and know I can help others.
